Returning

How does returns work?

When you return the product, it is a requirement to include the return form , otherwise we cannot process your return.

You can return the product to us within 14 days of receipt of the product, provided that the following conditions are met:

• The packaging and the product are undamaged and the product is unused (100% new condition). 
• The product must be in the original packaging including labels and hang tag.
• Shipping costs paid at the time of purchase will only be reimbursed when the entire order is returned. When part of the order is returned, the shipping costs will not be reimbursed.
• The return costs are for your own account. In case of exchange, you must place a new order on the website. Shipping costs will be charged for the new order as usual.
• The risk of damage or loss of the product during the return shipment is always borne by the sender.
• You must pack the package properly and post it sufficiently (insufficient postage will be refused).

 

Is there something wrong with your order, or have we made a mistake? Then let us know. Then we will solve that asap.

We will refund the purchase amount as soon as possible, at the latest within 14 days after we have received and checked your return. 

We will refund you using the same payment method you used to make the original transaction.
